Hot today again, hardly any sun seen today. These evening some really dark clouds in the sky… just saw the moon peaking trough the clouds, was wonderfull. Grabs my cam to make a picture.. and it was already gone before I got back. Now, half a hour later, on the west, still mega dark from clouds, in the east, a clear sky with a almost full moon shining. I like that… will try to be quicker next time for you all.

Went to do some sportive exercise this evening. I didn’t go running for the last four day’s and I felt it this evening. Going running was very hard last days, heat wave was the reason. So, went to fitness this evening and came home mega tired. My legs are feeling heavy, ‘leg curl’ and ‘leg extension’ machines are the cause, my arms are heavy to from other machines.

When I went home this evening round 19:30 this evening, I noticed that there we’re so many goodlooking people around, both in the Bijlmer metro and in the city center. It’s so weird, this happens sometimes, sometimes all you see around ugly, sad, or unfriendly looking people. Today, everybody was looking ‘happy’. Is this reality, or am I making this up. Does it have anything to do with the moon, or is it something in me, and i see only ‘good’ things now.
I often have this feeling when i went away for sometime from Amsterdam. Then being home and walking through the city, I see all the familiar faces, the familiar style, it makes me really feeling home again.
