Televerkets installasjonsbygning (or Televerket’s administration building) is located at the corner of Nedre Slottsgate and Tollbugata in the center of Oslo, Norway.

On number 23 we find the Televerkets installasjonsbygning which has the official address on Kongens gate 21. The building is a design from architect Nils Holter (1965–1966).

Nils Holter was born on 22 March 1899 in Hamar and died 30 August 1995, he was a Norwegian architect.

He was educated at NTH in 1922 and known for drawing the Broadcasting House (1938-1940), the expansion of the Storting (1959) and the Television House (1968).

He received the Houen Foundation’s diploma in 1961 for the Storting Building and Sundt’s prize for new construction for the Bible Society’s School of the Interior in Oslo (1970-72). Other works he supported were Bergen Posthus, which was erected after an architectural competition and Televerket’s administration building in Oslo.
